Move Forge Terms

These Terms govern the Move Forge application, user accounts, PRO subscriptions, and purchases of openings and opening groups in the Marketplace. This version is dated 26 July 2026 and is made available before a contract is concluded in a form that can be saved.

The service provider, seller of PRO subscriptions, and seller of Marketplace digital products is TOMASZ CZOPUR, carrying on a sole-trader business: NIP 8741749149, REGON 524257325, active VAT status, address Franciszka Rakoczego 23/266, 80-288 Gdańsk, Poland. Move Forge provides an online chess training application, including a user account, opening workshop and practice, tactical training, game history, reports, profiles, comments, messages, settings, and the Marketplace. Some features are free; others may require sign-in, PRO, or purchase of a digital product. PRO does not renew automatically. Marketplace purchases provide in-app access to individual openings or groups of openings.

Use requires an internet-connected device, a current browser supporting JavaScript and session mechanisms, and an active email address. Engine analysis may need a more capable device or a browser tab to remain active. The user is responsible for device, browser, and connection configuration, and Move Forge may temporarily limit resource-intensive functions to protect stability.

Users are responsible for account security, submitted data, and published or transmitted content. Illegal or abusive content, infringement, spam, malicious code, hate speech, adult content, and other unlawful material are prohibited. Passwords, session tokens, and full payment details must not be disclosed. Chess materials must be used lawfully and under the rules of services from which public games originate.

Moderation measures are applied as proportionately as possible and may include a warning, content removal, feature restrictions, or a temporary or permanent ban. Grounds include illegal content, harassment, spam, attacks or automated abuse, circumvention of safeguards, infringement, payment fraud, impersonation, account abuse, and manipulation of advertising traffic. A ban decision states its facts, basis, duration, and whether automation was used; notice is sent to the account email. Ordinary rapid navigation alone does not cause a permanent ban. One appeal against an active permanent ban may be submitted through the sign-in panel, while other complaints and evidence may be sent to support@moveforge.pl. PRO does not exempt a user from these rules or remove mandatory consumer rights.

PRO is a paid, time-limited digital service offered for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months according to the live offer. It removes ads for the subscriber and may unlock additional limits or tools. A new period extends the existing expiry date, there are no recurring charges, and the account returns to ordinary status after expiry unless the user extends it.

Marketplace products are digital opening-training content. Free products marked PLN 0.00 remain subject to these Terms and the in-app licence. Products may not be resold, copied in bulk, published outside the application, or shared in violation of rights. If an offer is later withdrawn, an existing buyer keeps access unless the law or a complaint decision requires otherwise.

Prices are gross Polish złoty unless stated otherwise; currency conversions are informative and PLN remains the payment currency. Autopay handles online payments. The final purchase button creates an obligation to pay, applicable promotions show the required 30-day lowest price, access is activated after confirmation, and an interrupted or rejected payment does not complete the paid contract.

Depending on the methods enabled by Autopay S.A., payments may include pay-by-link, BLIK, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, and Maestro. Service starts after successful authorization or confirmation. A card refund is returned to the linked account or through the same method unless the user expressly agrees to another no-cost method.

A contract is concluded after the user selects the offer, accepts these Terms, separately consents to immediate performance or digital delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and completes payment or claims a free product. The Terms are available at the acceptance checkbox and on this page and can be saved or printed. Purchase confirmation may appear in the application, payment history, or email.

A consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For immediately delivered digital content, that right may cease after delivery begins with consent to the extent provided by law. For PRO begun within 14 days, any settlement follows Polish consumer law and may account for actual use. Rights relating to non-conforming digital services or content and complaint rights remain independent.

Complaints about the application, PRO, Marketplace products, an account, or a payment may be submitted to support@moveforge.pl or through the signed-in support panel. Include the account identifier, issue and date, order or payment identifier if available, and requested solution. Move Forge responds within 14 calendar days. A remedy may include restored access, extended PRO, redelivery, a refund, or another lawful solution.

Self-service account deletion is not currently available. Contact support@moveforge.pl about closure or data restriction. Voluntary non-use or closure does not automatically refund a properly activated and available PRO period or product; a refund may follow from withdrawal rights, an upheld complaint, a payment error, or an individual service-provider decision. Any future deletion flow should explain its effect before confirmation.

Google ads remain disabled during the remediation period. After renewed approval, they may appear only in a manual placement beside a complete article or editorially complete Move of the Day, outside the board and controls, and not in private tools or empty states. Users must not click their own ads, solicit clicks, or generate artificial traffic.

Move Forge may amend these Terms when application features, the offer, law, payment-operator requirements, or security rules change. Polish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Disputes may be resolved amicably, and consumers may seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland.
